How Do You Ship Packages?

Packages are shipped from our different warehouses across the world. 

We ship worldwide to ensure every customer will enjoy his or her experience with us. If you are part of a small handful of countries we are unable to ship to, we will notify you and provide an instant refund.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping time varies by location. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for all orders.

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 20 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. These are our estimates: 

  • United States 10-20 days 
  • Canada, Europe 10-30 days 
  • Australia, New Zealand 10-20 days 
  • Mexico, Central America, South America 15-30 days 
  • Other countries 4-5 weeks
Will My Items Be Sent In 1 Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What is Order Processing Time?
Please note that Order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 1-2 business days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.
Can I Cancel Order?

We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, drop us an email at sales@batooshop.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

Is Your Website Secure With My Personal Information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your payment information and it will be used one-time only upon the purchasing of your product. After that. You’re information is purged. View our privacy policy here

Orders That Are Unable To Be Delivered

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order. :)

How To Track My Order?

Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 6 business days has passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply email us at sales@batooshop.com and we'll check it out for you right away.

Do You Provide Tracking Information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My Tracking Says "No Information Available At The Moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at sales@batooshop.com 

What About Customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. 

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. We offer you a 30 days guarantee to replace or get a refund.

Refund and Replacement Policy
Sorry, we do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • Parcels that is lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: BATOO will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
